Membership is selective. Every prospective member must complete and pass a personal interview. If your company operates in the same market as an existing member, that member must also approve your admission. Trust comes first.

The group is for home service company owners who are willing to share results, respect confidentiality and contribute to their peers’ success. Member companies range from businesses doing $5 million a year in smaller markets to companies exceeding $70 million in major markets.
Yes. Authorized members can compare shared company KPIs and standardized income statements from participating peers. Peer financial comparisons require a company to contribute complete, shared results for the same quarter. Original company GL details remain private.
Profit Masters pairs owner-to-owner relationships with shared performance data. Members can identify a peer’s strengths, discuss what is producing those results and apply what they learn within their own businesses.
This is a private group. Member identities, shared business results and candid conversations are kept within the group so owners can participate openly.
Apply at profitsup.coach and verify your email address. Every applicant must complete and pass a personal interview with Geno. If an existing member serves the same market, that member’s approval is also required. Membership is granted by invitation after approval.
